Happy Veteran’s Day to all our active-duty and retired military personnel!
Today we recognize and thank you for your service and sacrifices, as well as those of your fallen brothers and sisters.
In honor of your special day, the following (mostly) local businesses are offering up some fab freebies, and we’ll continue to add to the list throughout the day:
BHG (Malone’s, Drake’s, Harry’s): Veterans and active duty military will receive a complimentary lunch from 11 a.m. – 4 p.m. $30 maximum value, dine-in only, with proof of service.
Chicken Salad Chick: All Veterans and active duty military receive a FREE Chick Special and drink! Offer includes any scoop or sandwich, plus one scoop, side item, or cup of soup.
Gather on Main: Free American sandwich for Veterans.
Josie’s: Veterans receive $15 off their meal with a valid military ID.
Josie’s in Georgetown: Veterans receive a complimentary meal with a valid military ID.
Mr. Brews Taphouse: Free All American Burger and fries for all former, reserve, and active duty Veterans!
Old Forester: Free tours for Veterans November 8-10, plus a special single barrel release of “Honoring our Military ’19.”
Pasture Burgers and BBQ: Veterans receive 20% off their lunch.
Sedona Taphouse: Free lunch for Veterans from 11 a.m. – 3 p.m. $20 maximum value. One non-alcoholic drink is included; alcohol is excluded from the promotion. Must show military ID to receive offer.
Slainte Public House: Thank a Veteran by treating them to a cold one. Buy a beer for the beer bank and when a Veteran comes in, they can redeem it (with military ID). Beers can be purchased for the beer bank at the bar all weekend long through Veteran’s Day and beers can be redeemed until there are no more in the bank.
West Sixth Brewery: Pint glass giveaway! Veterans who order a beer will get a “Thank You for Your Service” glass to keep.
The Wok: Discounted meals for Veterans.
